Returns & Exchanges
All UK orders are eligible for an exchange if returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
We do not offer refunds.
Please note, international orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. As a small business, we are unable to accommodate international returns.
For UK exchanges, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Damaged Items
If your abaya or earrings arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at:

Include your order number along with clear images of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
